Yes — you're in control. Delete a workspace at any time and the files in it are removed from our storage, and closing your account permanently deletes everything you've uploaded.

No. Clear Cortex does not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train any models of our own. Your chats and files are sent to the AI model providers that power the platform solely to generate your results, under their API terms.

Clear Cortex Ltd is registered in England and Wales and is UK GDPR compliant. Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA; where they do, we rely on ICO-approved Standard Contractual Clauses.
